SocialAIly provides AI-powered tools for social media management, content creation, analytics, and related services. These services are provided "as-is" and are subject to change at our sole discretion. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform without prior notice.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and keep your information updated at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts associated with fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Payment and Subscription Terms

SocialAIly offers a range of subscription plans with varying features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe for subscriptions and deposits.
• Withdrawals are facilitated exclusively through PayPal, subject to a 5% processing fee.
• Subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Users are encouraged to utilize the 30-day free trial to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of SocialAIly and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to the platform. By using SocialAIly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide the services. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

SocialAIly is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to accounts. Users agree to indemnify and hold SocialAIly harmless from any claims or damages arising from their use of the platform.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pittsylvania County, Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pittsylvania County.
