1. Free Trial and Refund Exemptions
SocialAIly provides a 30-day free trial for all new users. This trial allows users to evaluate the platform and its features at no cost. As such, no refunds will be issued for any subscriptions initiated after the free trial period. This exemption applies to all subscription tiers and payment methods.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Payments made for deposits into user wallets are non-refundable.
- Processing fees associated with withdrawals or payouts are non-refundable.
- Subscription payments for active plans are final and non-refundable once processed.
3. Withdrawal and Payout Policies
Withdrawals are processed exclusively through PayPal, subject to a 5% processing fee. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100, and the maximum per request is $1,000. Refunds are not applicable for withdrawals due to the finality of processing fees and administrative costs.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle. Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current subscription term.

- Duplicate payments resulting from a technical error.
- Prolonged platform downtime exceeding 72 continuous hours due to technical issues attributable to the Company.
